Instructions to make Chocolate Ice cream:
- Take whipping cream and blend until stiff peaks. Add vanilla extract to it mixing well & blend again.
- In another bowl take full fat milk add icing sugar & cocoa powder
- Mix well avoiding lumps
- Add it slowly slowly to the cream and keep stirring
- Now it is ready to set.Set it in an ice cream container
- After 3-4 hours take it out & mix it well again & keep it inside to set.
- After 10-11 hours it will be ready to serve.
- Serve with chocolate chips, oreo biscuits & Cadbury for the extra flavour.
