The ingredients needed to make Voodoo Pasta:
  1. Make ready 2 packages (13 ounce) andouille sausages, cut into coins
  2. Make ready Olive oil
  3. Make ready 1 onion, chopped
  4. Take 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  5. Get 6 cloves garlic, minced
  6. Get 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  7. Make ready 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  8. Get 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  9. Prepare 2 jars (15 ounce) Alfredo pasta sauce
  10. Prepare 1 box your favorite pasta (16 ounce)
  11. Make ready Salt for boiling water

Being with a Southerner means that when Mardi Gras comes around, it's impossible not to get in the spirit. So I felt like tasting it too.. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. While pasta is cooking, cut sausage into ¼"slices.

Steps to make Voodoo Pasta:
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan……
  2. Place your andouille sausages,onion and green pepper into pan, sauté for several minutes then add in your minced garlic, sauté for several more minutes….
  3. Now add your Cajun seasoning, black pepper and crushed red pepper, sauté for several more minutes……
  4. Next add to sausages your Alfredo pasta sauce, mix all well…….Keep on low heat while stirring occasionally…….
  5. Boil your pasta until al dente, don’t forget to salt your water ! Drain well then add to sausages in pot…..Mix all well……
  6. Serve and enjoy 😉!

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. While pasta is cooking, cut sausage into ¼"slices. Place in bowl and sprinkle with seasoning; toss lightly to evenly coat.
