Instructions to make Vegetable pasta:
- In a pan heat water add salt and oil and boil pasta for 7-10 minutes..
- Once boiled strain them don't throw the water(will required it latter)
- In a pan heat oil add chopped onion saute them than add tamatoes and all chopped vegetable add little water that we have kept and let them cook.. Than add tomato puree salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute them for sometime..
- Than add the boiled pasta and mix well.. Add cheese our vegetable pasta is ready to serve..
