TIP: We're adding the butter to the sauteed garlic mushrooms in this later step, because it would burn if we added it in the beginning.

- Remove the stem of the mushrooms, if they are too big cut them into two, I have kept them whole. Wash them well.
- In a frying pan heat up oil, add cumin seeds. When they splutter add chopped onion.
- Fry on medium flame until onion turns light brown.
- Add well-drained mushrooms and salt. Cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes then reduce it to medium.
- Do not cover, mushrooms will leave water which should dry off. At this stage, you will see some brown spots on mushrooms.
- Add well-crushed garlic and pepper. Toss it nicely.
- Add butter and lemon juice, cook for 2 minutes. Take out in a serving dish, there will be garlic flavoured butter at the bottom of the pan, spoon it over the mushrooms and serve.
Heat until the butter is absorbed. TIP: We're adding the butter to the sauteed garlic mushrooms in this later step, because it would burn if we added it in the beginning.
