- Cut an avocado in half, use knife to slice it lengthwise in its half shell not cut through the half shell. Then use spoon to spoon out the slices. Clean and easy.
- Remove roasted mushroom, place on plate, add topping stuffing, add avocado, add mayo, sprinkle ground pepper.
