Transfer clams and sauce to a large wide serving bowl, or serve directly from the saute pan.

- Add first 9 ingredients to large pot, simmer for about 3 minutes add clams, stir to evenly coat, cover and cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes, stir, cover and cook about 4 more minutes, discard any unopened clams. Place on large serving tray sprinkle with Parmesan, enjoy! Use bread to sop up all the yummy juice!!
Prior to serving your Steamed Clams, discard any clams that have not opened, then sprinkle with the chopped Italian parsley. Transfer clams and sauce to a large wide serving bowl, or serve directly from the saute pan. Don't forget the side of french bread or garlic bread to dip in the sauce! I also like to serve these clams on top of linguine. Add clams, cover, and steam till clams start to open.
